As you are reading the paper be talking jokes with the vendor .ask him or her of her name. if you are not a jovial person raise any topic to discuss with the seller. It could be politics or football. That will make the seller to notice you more, love you and have special interest in you. When you are through with it, just collect the paper you came for, pay for it and leave. The next time you visit the stand simply discuss with the vendor that you are an applicant that you don’t have money to be paying for papers all the time that you would not mind to come there some times to read news paper for job placement for free. Some vendors will charge N20 per reading a newspaper. If you are told to pay N20.Pay some times and at other times beg the seller. My friend you don’t need to be a shame to do this.
